Hobbywing QUICRUN 880 Waterproof ESC for Dual Brushed Motors

The QR880 DUAL Brushed ESC is a versatile and reliable choice for 1:8 and 1:10 scale vehicles. Designed with waterproof and dustproof features, it is well-suited for all-weather racing conditions. However, it is important to remove the cooling fan before using the ESC in water and to clean and dry it thoroughly after use to prevent rust on the connectors.

The ESC features a fully waterproof design, ensuring optimal performance in all weather conditions. HOBBYWING's patented copper heat-conductive plates attached to the MOSFET board allow for efficient heat dissipation, with the internal heat being quickly transferred to the aluminum heat sink.

The built-in switch-mode BEC provides a continuous current of 4A, catering to the needs of various vehicle types. The ESC also offers tunable drag brake and drag brake rate, allowing for customization to suit different vehicles, tracks, and control preferences.

Adjustable PWM frequency and advanced freewheeling (/DEO) technology contribute to great throttle linearity and driving feel. The ESC provides 9 levels of acceleration/punch, ranging from soft to aggressive, enabling users to match the settings to their specific vehicle, tires, and track conditions.

The proportional brake function offers 9 levels of initial brake force, maximum brake force, and drag brake force, providing precise control and customization options. Multiple protections, including low-voltage cutoff, thermal protection, and throttle signal loss protection, ensure the ESC's safety and reliability.

For easy programming, the ESC features a separate programming port, allowing users to connect the LED program card (sold separately) and adjust the settings as needed. The ESC can be programmed directly through the HOBBYWING LED Program Card (also sold separately).

The WP-880-DUAL BRUSHED ESC has two outputs to drive two motors simultaneously. When using two motors, the user should increase the turn of the motors to ensure optimal performance.

The ESC supports brushed motors (540, 550, 775 size) and is compatible with 2-4S LiPo or 5-12S NiMH batteries. The input end does not have any connectors, while the output end features 4.0mm female bullet connectors. The overall size of the ESC is 45.934.726.5mm, and it weighs 75g.
